Resumen
El siguiente proyecto tiene como propósito diseñar e implementar un sistema de la información y comunicación para la gestión de consultas fonoaudiológicas. Esto se logró a través de una aplicación web, en la cual mediante diversas funciones un fonoaudiólogo podrá realizar todas sus tareas, como lo son la creación de una historia clínica, seguimiento de los tratamientos y sesiones de sus pacientes, entre otras. El proyecto se abordó aplicando ingeniería de requisitos, a través de varias reuniones mensuales con el stakeholder para obtener una visión general del problema a solucionar. Luego mediante las metodologías ágiles Scrum y Kanban, se planificaron y organizaron tres sprints para poder desarrollar estos requisitos, usando el patrón MCV con la tecnología Ruby on Rails. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron muy positivos, el sistema cumplió con todos los requisitos y mostró gran usabilidad, demostrando que al trabajar con un volumen elevado de datos se requiere de un sistema de la información y comunicación para poder tener eficiencia en las labores fonoaudiológicas, ya que se puede concentrar de mejor forma en los tratamientos de sus pacientes, logrando mejores resultados tanto para el fonoaudiólogo como para el paciente.
The project aims to implement and design a communication and information system for the management of speech therapy consultation. This has been achieved through a web application, in which, through various functions, a speech therapist will be able to make all of his tasks, such as creating a clinical history, monitoring treatments and his patient sessions, among others. This project was approached by applying requirement engineering, having several sessions a month with the stakeholder toobtain an overview of the problem to be solved. Then using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, three sprints were planned to be able to develop these requirements using MCV pattern with Ruby on Rails technology. The results obtained were very positive, the system met all the requirements and showed great usability, demonstrating that working with a high amount of data with high volume of data it required an information and communication system to be efficient in speech therapy consultations, because you can focus on your patient treatments, achieving better results for both speech therapist and the patient.
