Resumen
El presente proyecto busca proveer a la CorporaciĆ³n OpciĆ³n, que se dedica a la atenciĆ³n
directa de niƱos, niƱas y adolescentes (NNA), dando atenciĆ³n especializada en la
reparaciĆ³n psicosocial y sus programas de intervenciones, de una soluciĆ³n tecnolĆ³gica a
la necesidad de tener bajo control en la administraciĆ³n de las intervenciones de NNA.
Actualmente cada profesional decide su propio mƩtodo para realizar las planificaciones
de las intervenciones y las jefaturas tienen poco acceso y conocimiento de las citas
agendadas, entre otros.
El proyecto realizado inicia con la identificaciĆ³n del cliente, su organizaciĆ³n interna y roles,
descripciĆ³n del Ć”rea funcional, entre otros, con el fin de obtener la informaciĆ³n necesaria
para comenzar el anƔlisis a la problemƔtica que presenta. Al tener estos antecedentes
reunidos, se identifica el problema y las causas que lo provocan, ademƔs esto representa
el punto de partida del proyecto, definiendo los objetivos generales y especĆficos, y su
alcance.
MƔs adelante, se realiza un levantamiento de los requerimientos, trabajando paso a paso
en la soluciĆ³n al problema, definiendo las metodologĆas a utilizar, construyendo el plan
de gestiĆ³n y desarrollando el producto a entregar al cliente, siempre considerando sus
nuevas necesidades. Se concluye con los resultados y mƩtricas del proyecto, el cual
finaliza con el cumplimiento de los objetivos identificados para este con los entregables
respectivos.
This project seeks to provide the OpciĆ³n Corporation, which is dedicated to the direct care of children and adolescents (NNA), providing specialized care in psychosocial reparation and their intervention programs, a technological solution to the necessity of having under control the administration of NNA interventions. Currently, each professional decides their own method to carry out the intervention planning and the superior administration have no access or knowledge of the scheduled appointments, among other aspects. The project begins with the identification of the client, its internal organization and roles, description of the functional area, considering other aspects, in order to obtain the necessary information to start the analysis of the problem. Having all these antecedents gathered, the problem and the causes are identified, in addition this represents the starting point of the project, defining the general and specific objectives, and its scope. Later, a review of the requirements is carried out, working step by step on the solution to the problem, defining the methodologies to be used, building the management plan and developing the product to be delivered to the client, always considering their new needs. It concludes with the results and metrics of the project, which ends with the fulfillment of the objectives identified for this, with the respective product developed.
