Implementación de sistema de seguridad industrial empresa: Smurfit-Chile

Abstract

El proyecto de implementación del plan de seguridad industrial se basó en 2 partes, la de Mutual de Seguridad y el Plan de Seis Estrellas, que es el de mayor importancia dentro de la empresa, en el cual se avanzo desde un 9,3% a un 55,0% en tres meses y dentro de la comparación con las seis plantas de Argentina se avanzo de estar en 7° lugar a estar en 3° lugar, para esto se implementaron muchos formatos los cuales se obtuvieron por lo general de las plantas de Argentina y se adaptaron a Chile. Para ir logrando las metas se crearon planes maestro donde se indicaron las fechas, responsables, indicadores y quienes eran los encargados de implementar los planes. Pero la parte mas importante dentro de la implementación fue la comunicación con los trabajadores en la cual se prepararon cursos de capacitación para que logren hacer su trabajo mas seguro y se implemento una modalidad de charlas de 5 minutos en las cuales se les habla de cómo trabajar en forma segura. Para la lograr estos avances se contó con la ayuda de un asesor externo que es experto en prevención de riesgos. También se logro hacer un estudio económico de la implementación en la cual se logro demostrar que es de suma importancia que las empresas trabajen en la implementación de estos tipos de planes de seguridad industrial.

Also 1 manage to do an economic study of the implementation in which 1 manage to demonstrate that it performs supreme importance that the companies are employed at the implementation of these types of plans of industrial safety.
