La siguiente investigaciĆ³n cualitativa de tipo monogrĆ”fico busca analizar el rol del psicopedagogo como orientador, bajo la mirada del quĆ© hacer con adolescentes infractores de ley a los Programas de Libertad Asistida y Libertad Asistida Especial. Ćsta investigaciĆ³n se realizĆ³ mediante la recopilaciĆ³n y anĆ”lisis de informaciĆ³n de diversos autores para luego presentar una visiĆ³n personal del tema. A travĆ©s de los autores investigados se abordaron temĆ”ticas relacionadas con los lineamientos y fundamentos del rol psicopedagĆ³gico desde una mirada orientadora sociocrĆtica. Finalmente se relaciona la mirada del rol orientador con el contexto legal y polĆtico.
A travĆ©s de lo estudiado se presenta un lineamiento que guĆe la acciĆ³n orientadora del psicopedagogo en los Programas de Libertad Asistida y Libertad Asistida Especial.
Este se constituye de: trabajar con el joven desde su individualidad, poseer una mirada positiva del adolescente, destacar la importancia del contexto social, el trabajo de las habilidades emocionales y por Ćŗltimo el incentivar el pensamiento crĆtico y reflexivo.
The following monographic qualitative research seeks to analyze the role of the educational psychologist as a counselor, under the gaze of what to do with adolescent offenders of the Law to Assisted Freedom and Special Assisted Freedom Programs. This research was carried out through the collection and analysis of information from various authors to then present a personal view of the subject. Through the researched authors, topics related to the guidelines and foundations of the psychopedagogical role were approached from a sociocritical orientation perspective. Finally, the orientation of the guiding role is related to the legal and political context. Through the studied, a guideline is presented that guides the orienting action of the educational psychologist in the Programs of Assisted Freedom and Special Assisted Freedom. This consists of: working with the young person from their individuality, having a positive view of the adolescent, highlighting the importance of the social context, the work of emotional skills and finally encouraging critical and reflective thinking.
