The Laterality is known as the command of every hemisphere over each part of the body and it has a fundamental effect on education, because if it's not properly acquired it can bring reading, writing, dyslexic and manipulation problems as well as many more. (Wernicke, 1980). Children of 6 to 9 years, that are in the first phase of their education, have not yet laterality defined and for that it is fundamental to guide and stimulate its natural development through physical activities that let them known their body and the ways of corporal expression. The present work has the objective to know and compare the lateral installation in students of NB1, using as a reference the Wernicke Test (1980). The study was made in two groups of children, both between the ages of 6-8 and belonging to subsidized- private schools in ViƱa del Mar. Both groups make 2 hours of physical education weekly, and one, does as well two more hours of physical education which is a football workshop. With the Test it was detected that 68% of the students that make physical education classes plus the workshop have a lateral establishment defined, in contrast with the 8,3% of students from the group that only make two hours of physical education and that had lateral establishment defined. In general, the students which make the systematics class of Physical Education plus the football workshop, present a much more developed lateral establishment than the students who only make systematics classes of Physical Education.
