Resumen
En esta memoria se analizó una vivienda ubicada en las zonas más
representativas de nuestro país siendo el Norte, Sur y Región Metropolitana. En donde
se estudió el gasto económico en lo referente al aislamiento térmico, para lo cual se
utilizaron los materiales aislante más representativos, los que lograron ser el
poliestireno expandido, poliuretano, lana mineral y fibra de vidrio.
Esta elaboración está enfocada a entregar mayor confort, salud y calidad de vida
a las personas, además de obtener un ahorro energético importante, lo que se traduce
en menores costos de mantención y mayor valor agregado de la vivienda o edificación,
mediante la utilización de aislantes térmicos.
Todo este tema constará con la reglamentación actual y normativa vigente, para
establecer las condiciones de calidad que deben cumplir los diferentes materiales a
estudio.
En el desarrollo de esta memoria se abordará la evaluación técnico económica
de las viviendas aisladas térmicamente, la que contribuye a un ahorro energético global.
Este documento tiene por objeto facilitar la ayuda a los constructores,
contratistas, arquitectos e ingenieros a tomar una decisión de compra con conocimiento
de causa, y al consumidor a obtener lo máximo del material aislante que elija, para lo
que se dará a conocer los diferentes materiales con sus respectivas ventajas y
desventajas.
In this thesis, analyzed a housing located in the most representative zones of our country being the North, South and Metropolitan Region. Where study the economic expense in what concerns the thermal insulating, for which the materials were in use more representative were the expanded polystyrene, polyurethane, mineral wool and glass fiber. This elaboration is focused to deliver bigger comfort, health and quality of life to people, besides obtaining an important energy saving, which is translate in low cost of maintenance and value added of the housing or construction by means of the use of insulating thermal. Everything this topic will consist with the current regulation and in force regulation, to establish the quality conditions that must fulfill the different materials to study. In the development of this thesis technician will approach the economic evaluation of the isolated housings, which one contributes an energetic global saving. This document has for object to facilitate the help to the builders, contractors, architects and engineers to taking a decision of buy with knowledge of reason, and to the consumer to obtaining the maximum of the insulating material that it chooses, for what will devote(start) itself knowing the different materials with his respective advantages and disadvantages.
