Resumen
En los últimos años la industria de la construcción ha crecido considerablemente, lo
que ha llevado a un aumento en los desechos producidos en faenas de
construcción.
Este aumento ha estado acompañado de un fuerte incremento en los volúmenes de
despacho de las Plantas de Hormigón. Por otro lado a nivel mundial se está
tomando conciencia del aumento paulatino de los desechos, por cuanto la
mantención de los botaderos autorizados está en crisis por los volúmenes que
deben recibir.
Para evitar el impacto ambiental que producen las plantas de hormigón
premezclado, tema del cual trata esta memoria, se plantean dos métodos para
minimizar los desechos en faenas de hormigón. La implementación de plantas de
tratamiento y el posterior reciclado de áridos y el agua.
La investigación realizada en conjunto con algunos industriales, es la
implementación de un tratamiento químico que permite evitar el lavado de camiones
en obra, mediante un aditivo inhibidor de hidratación del cemento.
Para terminar el estudio se realizó en el ámbito del laboratorio en su inicio para
finalizar a escala industrial.
In the last years the industry of the construction has grown considerably, which has led to an increase in the tailing produced in tasks of construction. This one increase has been accompanied of a strong increase in the volumes of sales of the Ready Mix Concrete Plants. On the other hand worldwide taking this one its arouses of the gradual increase of the tailing, since the Subsistence of the authorized Final Disposals, they are in crisis for the volumes that must receive. To avoid the environmental impact that the Ready Mix Concrete Plants, topic of which it treats this thesis, two methods appear to minimize the tailing in tasks of concrete. The implementation of treatment plants and the later recycling of aggregates and the water. This investigation was realize as a whole with some manufacturers, it is the implementation of a chemical treatment that allows to avoid the wash of trucks in work, by means of an inhibiting additive of hydration of the cement. To finish the study, it was realized in the area of the laboratory at the beginning, and finishing to industrial scale.
