RESUMEN:
El presente trabajo, se desarrolla en un Centro de Distribución de materiales, ubicada en
la comuna de Quilicura, región metropolitana; consiste en realizar una mejora en los
procedimientos realizados en los procesos de recepción y despacho, utilizando un proceso
de mejora continua.
Con este enfoque se desea entregar, a la administración de la empresa, una poderosa
herramienta que permita la visualización y el análisis de los procesos existentes en la
planta y cómo se ven afectados por los cambios propuestos.
En primer lugar se describe, el proceso de mejora continuo, indicando los puntos y
objetivos más importantes a alcanzar.
Segundo se muestra la metodología a seguir para poder lograr la implementación de la
mejora.
Posteriormente se identifican las distintas restricciones que impiden que los procesos se
ejecuten de manera eficiente, y se orientan las soluciones basado en el proceso de mejora
continuo para poder realizar su implementación.
ABSTRACT: The present work, is developed in a Center of Distribution of materials, located in the commune of Quilicura, metropolitan region; the consists on carrying out an improvement in the procedures carried out in the reception processes and office, using a process of continuous improvement. With this focus it is wanted to surrender, to the administration of the company, a powerful , tool that allows the visualization and the analysis of the existent processes in the plant and how they are affected by the proposed changes. In the first place it is described, the continuous process of improvement, indicating the points and more important objectives to reach. Second the methodology is shown to continue to be able to achieve the implementation of the improvement. Later on the different restrictions are identified that they prevent that the processes are executed in an efficient way, and the solutions are guided based on the continuous process of improvement to be able to carry out their implementation.
