La presente investigaciĆ³n se desarrollĆ³ con la intencionalidad de conocer, descubrir, explicar e interpretar fenĆ³menos o hechos socioculturales o naturales, en establecimientos educativos de la comuna de ValparaĆso, con el propĆ³sito de investigar, ĀæquĆ© estĆ” sucediendo realmente en las aulas?, ya que gran parte del Ć©xito acadĆ©mico de los alumnos recae en la calidad de las prĆ”cticas pedagĆ³gicas ejercidas por cada docente. Es tal su importancia, que provoca la necesidad imperiosa de los establecimientos educacionales de contar con una cultura evaluativa docente para la construcciĆ³n de una comunidad reflexiva, la cual ayuda a formar un docente crĆtico sobre su quehacer profesional.
Para llevar a cabo la investigaciĆ³n, fue necesario recolectar las percepciones de los docentes frente al proceso de acompaƱamiento docente en sus establecimientos, para ello se utilizĆ³ cuestionarios y entrevistas, como instrumento de recolecciĆ³n de la informaciĆ³n. Posteriormente se tabularon los datos obtenidos y se generarĆ” un anĆ”lisis y reflexiĆ³n final.
Finalmente, se presentaron los resultados a modo de conclusiĆ³n, tomando como sustento: la teorĆa, los hallazgos y generando un juicio respecto a lo obtenido. AdemĆ”s se plantearon propuestas y proyecciones de nuestra investigaciĆ³n.
The present investigation was developed with the intention of knowing, discovering, explaining and interpreting sociocultural or natural phenomena or facts, in high schools from the commune of Valparaiso, with the purpose of investigating what is really happening in the classrooms, since a great part of the academic success of the students falls on the quality of the teaching practices exercised by every teacher. Such is its importance,that it provokes the pressing need for schools to count on a teaching assessment culture to build a reflective community which helps form a critical teacher on its professional task. To carry out the investigation, it was necessary to gather the perceptions of the teachers in relation to the process of teaching accompaniment in their high schools; questionnaires and interviews were used as instruments to collect the information. Later on, the data obtained was tabulated and an analysis and final reflection will be generated. Finally, the results appeared as a conclusion, taking theory and findings as support, generating a judgment in regard to the matter. Proposals and projections of our investigation were also outlined.
