El objetivo principal de este proyecto es evaluar la pre-factibilidad de la instalación y
posterior puesta en marcha de una planta procesadora de aceitunas de mesa en la Región
Metropolitana. Basándose en la elección de variables tipo técnico-económico para distinguir
cuáles serían las condiciones óptimas de operación, utilizando como principal proveedor la
materia prima de la III, IV y VI región.
Se definen y se desglosan como antecedentes introductorios las características generales y
preliminares del producto, las razones de elección de este, los beneficios de este fruto, los
objetivos generales y específicos de este proyecto.
Al terminar la parte introductoria se desarrolla un estudio de mercado, tanto mundial como
nacional, lo cual permite establecer los patrones de comportamiento a seguir para enfrentar
los distintos nichos, y las variables de comercialización del producto. Seguido por el estudio
técnico, que tiene por objetivo analizar las variables tecnológicas, capacidad, obras civiles e
instalaciones apropiadas, también un análisis en este proyecto para determinar las variables
ambientales que afectan la producción de aceitunas de mesa y el estudio técnico que
determina el nivel de especialización de la mano de obra y los costos asociados al proyecto.
Se finaliza con una evaluación económica, la cual está proyectada a un horizonte de 10 años,
obteniéndose dos flujos de caja, los cuales corresponden a un flujo puro, cuya tasa de riesgo
es de un 13,41 % que arroja un VAN de 13749,96 UF y una TIR del 29 % y un flujo
financiado con un riesgo del 15,53% que arroja un VAN de 12981,03 UF y la TIR de 32%.
The primary target of this project is to evaluate the pre-feasibility of the installation and later beginning of a plant processor of olives of table in the Metropolitan Region. Being based on the election of variables technical-economic type to distinguish as they would be the optimal conditions of operation, using like main supplier the raw material of the III, IV and VI region. They are defined and the general and preliminary characteristics of the product are detachhed like introductorios antecedents, the reasons of election of this, the benefits of this fruit, the general missions and specific of this project. When finishing the part introductoria is developed a market study, world-wide as much national, which allows to establish the behavior pattems to follow to face the different niches, and the variables of commercialization of the product. Followed by the technical study, that it must by objective analyze the technological variables, capacity, civil works and appropriate facilities, also an analysis in this project to determine the environmental variables that they affect the production of table olives and the technical study that determines the level of specialization of the manual labor and the costs associated to the project. It is finalized with an economic evaluation, which is projected to a horizon of 10 years, obtaining two flows of box, which correspond to a pure flow, whose cup of risk is of 13.41% that throw VAN of 13749.96 UF and one TIR of 29% and a flow financed with a risk of the 15.53% that throws VAN of 12981.03 UF and the TIR of 32 %.
