Resumen
La presente tesis tiene como finalidad conocer la percepción de las familias y los profesionales de la Comuna de Huara sobre los derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes. Para lo cual se aplicará el instrumento de Escala de Parentalidad Positiva E2P a 20 familias de nacionalidad Chilena y Boliviana. Asimismo, a través de entrevista a profesionales del área de salud, educación y municipal se conocerá su percepción del proceso de intervención con las familias.
Se pudo concluir, las familias de nacionalidad chilena y boliviana radicas en el interior de la Comuna de aplican un mismo patrón referente al ámbito laboral, ya que mantienen la misma actividad económica como lo es la agricultura, priorizando el trabajo en la dinámica familiar, ya que los niños, niñas y adolescentes participan activamente en las labores agrícolas del grupo familiar, ya que desde pequeños acompañan a sus padres.
En cuanto a las competencias parentales ejercen patrones de crianza intergeneracionales, replicando su propia experiencia, como por ejemplo no reconocer factores de riesgo al asistir con sus hijos a las actividades agrícolas como lo son: la exposición a altas y bajas temperaturas, hidratación de sus hijos, protección solar, etc.
Asimismo, según lo referido por las entrevistadas el patrón cultural incide en el ejercicio del rol parental, ya que las familias de nacionalidad boliviana se caracterizan por ejercer dentro de la dinámica familiar un “patrón machista”, siendo el padre en ocasiones, el que decide sobre el grupo familiar, insertando a la vez de manera activa a la mujer en el ámbito laboral, ejerciendo una función a la par con su pareja.
This Thesis is intended to know the perception of the families and professionals of the commune of Huara on the rights of children and adolescents. For which the instrument of scale of positive parentage will be applied E2P to 20 families of Chilean and bolivian nationality. As for parental competencies, they exercise intergenerational breeding patterns, replicating their own experience, such as not recognizing risk factors by attending with their children to agricultural activities such as: exposure to high and low Temperatures, hydration of your children, sun protection, etc Likewise, as referred by the interviewees, the cultural pattern affects the exercise of the parental role, since the families of Bolivian nationality are characterized by exercising within the family dynamics a "macho pattern", being the father at times, the That decides on the family group, while actively inserting the woman in the work environment, exercising a role on par with her partner.
