The problems identified in this research, focuses on the fact that as time passes, it becomes present the need to provide new musical teaching materials to complement the teaching process in preschool. Through pedagogical practicas of the investigative team in various educational establishments, it has been detectad that the student participation level nowadays in musical classes is not the same as befare, indeed, it is lower than expected because is not as exciting as it used to be in earlier times. AII this is because today's society changas, which are reflectad in children themselves. Faced with this trouble the idea is to contribute with new musical training material with the aim of achieving a better musical learning. The student's educational needs are focused both, on the way to learn in the classroom and development their personal skills, also they may include the learning, their interests, ways of conducting educational didactic activities, and the same artistic expression; these needs are those who have evolved through the society changas. The research team, once detectad the current needs of the students, was ready to propase a musical teaching material as a way to complement the existing ene. This includes the creation of eight children·s songs, which includes the musical composition, arrangement and lyrics, all that together with an exclusive guide book for the pre-school teachers, in which also are suggested sorne didactics activities to used them with the songs in the classroom. To support the research process and the proposed teaching material created, in the theoretical framework of this research, it analyzes the main methodological trends that guides the research and the creation of the repertoire together with the teacher's guide book. These streams are Orff, who raises children·s musical learning trough rhythm-language, which means the children feel the music before learning itas a theory; on the other hand, Dalcroze, who raises children·s musical learning through the body movement and use itas rhythmic and musical average. In this context, the dominant paradigm research is the Post-Positivism. Since this is a qualitative and quantitative component, therefore is a mixed research. lt also relies on Empirical Theory mainly because it focuses on observable facts. The research type is basic, as the strategy used to measure the studenf s response against the repertoire proposed is a pre-test or pre-experiment, and it has not been proved in a more detailed description of all material. The purpose is to obtain clear information on the diagnosis detectad through interviews with professionals and pre-school musical mentors.
