Nowadays, having leadership is synonym of possessing an on-demand characteristic. It is well known that being a leader is similar to someone who is not only productive and influential, but also someone who is capable of inspiring and guiding others. Contrary to the popular beliefs, leadership skills are not essentially innate and can be learned and improved by who desires to implement or use them in different aspects of life. However, the opportunities given in order to improve those skills are somehow uncommon. Taking into consideration that the educational establishments, where students spend great part of their lives, becomes imperative to prepare them for life after the educational process. Consequently, this study is focused on fostering leadership skills in 10o. graders, so that they can be prepared for a future life and society full of competition and challenges, in which those skills will play a positive and beneficial role, not only highligthin them in the working field, but also as a help in every single aspect of their lives
