Es por esto que hemos realizado un estudio que tiene como objetivo el análisis sobre el comportamiento de su mercado. Para el estudio de el comportamiento y las características de los actuales y potenciales consumidores, se ha considerado una investigación de mercado,. Esta investigación de mercado es del tipo descriptivo y en ella se abordarán puntos tales como las preferencias de los consumidores, su nivel de satisfacción hacia el producto, y los hábitos de consumo y compra . La información requerida para el análisis industrial se obtuvo a través de entrevistas y encuestas a las principales empresas agroindustriales que operan en esta zona. En el análisis de la industria la información recopilada, por la investigación de mercado y las encuestas a las principales empresas, nos permitió primero identificar las fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas, y oportunidades del sector, segundo, plantear los lineamientos básicos de un plan comercial y algunas propuestas para lograr el crecimiento sostenido en el largo plazo del sector. Por lo tanto este estudio pretende ser un medio que oriente a los participantes del sector en sus decisiones de comercialización y posibles nuevas inversiones.Ítem COVID-19 pneumonia: Perfusion abnormalities shown on subtraction CT angiography in apparently well-ventilated lungs. Method: This prospective cohort study included adult patients with RT-PCR-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection admitted to the ED and a sCTA performed within 24 h of admission between June and September 2020. Perfusion abnormalities (PA) in areas of apparently spared lung parenchyma on conventional CT images were assessed with sCTA perfusion score. Airspace disease extension was assessed with CT severity scores, which were then correlated with clinical outcomes (admission to ICU, requirement of IMV, and death). Inter-rater reliability (IRR) was assessed using Cohen's Kappa. Independent predictors of adverse outcomes were evaluated by multivariable logistic regression analyses using the Hosmer and Lemeshow's test. Results: 191 patients were included: 112 males (58%), median age of 60.8 years (SD ± 16.0). The IRR was very high (median Kappa statistic: 0.95). No association was found between perfusion CT scores and D-dimer levels (Kendall's Tau-B coefficient = 0.08, p = 0.16) or between PaO2/FiO2 ratios and D-dimer levels (Kendall's Tau-B coefficient = −0.10, p = 0.07). Multivariate analyses adjusting for parenchymal disease extension, vascular beaded appearance, pulmonary embolism, sex, and age showed that severe PA remained a significant predictor for ICU admission (AOR: 6.25, 95% CI 2.10–18.7, p = 0.001). The overall diagnostic capacity of this model was adequate (ROC AUC: 0.83; 95% CI 0.77–0.89). The process involves profound nucleolar adjustments and remarkable changes in rRNA synthesis, which affects ribosomal biosynthesis. In this context, we have demonstrated that the synthesis of several proteins involved in ribosomal biogenesis as protein kinase CK2, ribosomal protein L41 and nucleolin, as well as U3 snoRNP, are differentially regulated in summer-acclimatized carp compared to the cold-season adapted fish. To understand the mechanisms involved in the seasonal regulation of rRNA gene transcription, we have been studying the carp rDNA cistron structure. Because the cis-elements that regulate the expression of the tandem organized ribosomal genes are located in the non-transcribed intergenic spacer (IGS), we analyzed the primary structure of the carp rDNA gene IGS. The gene organization is similar to that described from other vertebrate species, including numerous repetitive sequences, the transcription start site, and some potential cis-elements such as ribosomal enhancers, proximal terminator and transcriptional terminators. Ribosomal DNA is a remarkable case of gene duplication and has been used as a model to test the concerted evolution theory. We performed sequence comparison analyses of 18S rRNA coding sequences from carp with different species, data with which an unrooted phylogram was constructed.
