dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo ofrece una aproximación conceptual al fenómeno de la posverdad y sus efectos para la democracia y los derechos humanos. A fin de alcanzar los objetivos planteados, en primer lugar, se trata de construir un concepto de posverdad e identificar algunas causas que la explican. Posteriormente, se analizan los efectos de la posverdad en la democracia y el rol que juegan las fake news en este escenario. Finalmente, se reflexiona sobre la afectación a los derechos humanos que en el marco de la posverdad se pueden producir.
dc.description.abstractThis paper offers a conceptual approach to the phenomenon of post-truth and its effects on democracy and human rights. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, we first attempt to construct a concept of post-truth and identify some of the causes that explain it. Subsequently, we analyze the effects of post-truth on democracy and the role played by fake news in this scenario. Finally, we reflect on the impact on human rights that may be produced in the context of post-truth. © (2023), All Rights Reserved.
