La presenta propuesta de mejoramiento tiene como finalidad mostrar la realidad del
colegio Divina Pastora de la Florida, frente a un nuevo desafío, en el marco de la Ley
de Inclusión. Este desafío es la incorporación de alumnos con necesidades educativas
especiales permanentes.
Para llevar a cabo esta propuesta se presenta el diagnóstico del establecimiento, las
principales problemáticas a las que se vio enfrentada la comunidad educativa, los
pasos a seguir para revertir dichas problemáticas y generar instancias que permitan
involucrar a los diferentes estamentos del establecimiento, generando así, conciencia
sobre la importancia de atender a la diversidad e implementar en el aula estrategias que
permitan la atención de todos los estudiantes en un clima de confianza, aceptación y
respeto.
El objetivo planteado es favorecer la inserción de los estudiantes con necesidades
educativas especiales en el colegio Divina Pastora de La Florida, a través de una
propuesta de mejoramiento para dar respuesta a sus demandas educativas. Dicho
objetivo será abordado en la propuesta en 4 etapas:
Sensibilización: En esta etapa se pretende generar instancias para fomentar en
la comunidad educativa un clima de tolerancia y respeto a la diversidad.
Difusión: El propósito de esta etapa es informar a los integrantes de la
comunidad educativa las leyes asociadas a la inclusión y su relevancia en el
establecimiento y en la sociedad.
Capacitación Docente: en esta etapa se pretende formar al cuerpo docente en
Diseño Universal de Aprendizaje (DUA), otorgándoles herramientas que les
permitan atender a las necesidades de cada estudiante.
Evaluación: La etapa final pretende obtener una apreciación cualitativa y
cuantitativa del seguimiento e impacto de la propuesta.
El marco referencial en el que está inserta la propuesta de mejoramiento se basa en la
Ley de inclusión escolar, 20.845 del año 2015.
The proposal for improvement aims to visualize the reality of the school Divina Pastora de la Florida, present to a new challenge, according to the law of inclusion, the incorporation with permanent educational needs. To carry out this proposal the diagnosis of the establishment, the main problems faced by the educational community and the steps to follow to improve these problems and generate situations that allow incorporating the different principles of the establishment thus generating awareness about the importance of attending to the diversity also implement in the classroom, strategy that allows the attention of all students in a climate of trust, acceptance and respect.
