La concordancia del perfil de los estudiantes universitarios con su centro de práctica profesional : un estudio de caso de los estudiantes de Educacion Parvularia de la Universidad Andrés Bello Sede Casona Las Condes Generación 2011.

Una de las razones por la cual se plantea el problema de investigación, es el
desconocimiento acerca de los indicadores que aporten datos o información
sobre los requerimientos de los centros de práctica profesional, para que las
alumnas en práctica puedan responder de manera óptima al quehacer
pedagógico.
Para enfocar la investigación, es necesario contar con el Marco Referencial la
cual hace alusión a la historia institucional de la Universidad Andrés Bello, el
proyecto educativo, el título profesional y grado académico que alcanzarán las
futuras alumnas de Educación Parvularia, la autoevaluación de la Universidad,
así como un análisis de perfiles de las diferentes universidades de la región
metropolitana.
Se expone un Marco Conceptual en el que se mencionan conceptos claves
para el presente estudio, los más relevantes son: Crítica, Reflexión,
Responsabilidad y Trabajo en equipo.
En cuanto al Marco Teórico se hacen presentes los resultados de la
formación de las egresadas, en el que se recogen antecedentes, y de esa
manera se actualizan los programas de estudio. También se menciona los
parámetros sobre las que se establecen la calidad de la formación recibida, la
efectividad del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje y el Marco para la Buena
Enseñanza que menciona el desempeño en el aula y el compromiso de los
profesionales.
Con respecto al Marco Metodológico, se presenta el diseño de investigación,
el cual es "no experimental secciona!". Este tipo de investigación hace referencia
a un enfoque metodológico descriptivo, por su parte, las técnicas de
investigación que se utilizaron son: cuestionarios para las alumnas y entrevistas
a supervisoras de la práctica profesional, directoras y educadoras o asistentes
de los centros educativos.
Con respecto a los principales resultados se señalan que las fortalezas de las
alumnas en práctica son: el compromiso, la disposición con el equipo de trabajo
y con los niños dentro del aula. En cuanto a las principales debilidades
encontradas son: la falta de confianza y el dominio de grupo.
Finalmente se menciona que existen algunas características que hacen
posible la concordancia entre el perfil de los estudiantes con los requerimientos
de los centros de práctica profesional. Por otra parte, hay ciertas falencias
detectadas que impiden una total coherencia entre el perfil de egreso con los
requerimientos de los centros de práctica profesional ocasionando que las
estudiantes no puedan tener un quehacer pedagógico de excelencia. Es por
esto, se proponen jornadas de inducción para conocer aún más los
requerimientos de los centros de práctica, comprendiendo que existen vínculos
mediante convenios con instituciones que implementan distintas metodologías
pedagógicas, las cuales no son de pleno conocimiento por las alumnas de la
carrera.
One of the reasons why the research is suggested is the lack of knowledge about the indicators that provide data or information on the requirements of professional practice centers, in arder for trainees to respond optimally to pedagogical work. In arder to focus on the research, it is necessary to have a frame of reference which refers to the institutional history of Universidad Andrés Bello, its educational project, professional title and academic degree to be obtained by future students of the early childhood education career, a selfevaluation of the University and a profile analysis of different universities in the metropolitan region. A conceptual framework is presented in this study mentioning key concepts, the most important being: Critic, Reflection, Responsibility and Teamwork. As for the theoretical framework, training results of graduates are presented by collecting background, and thus updating the curriculum. The parameters that set the quality of training received, the effectiveness of the teaching - learning and teaching framework for good performance in the classroom and professional commitment are also mentioned. With regard to the methodological framework, the research design is presented, which is "non-experimental branch." This type of research refers to a descriptive methodological approach, for its part, the research techniques that were used are: questionnaires for the students and interviews with professional practice supervisors, managers and educators or educational assistants. With respect to the main results, it indicates that the strengths of the trainees are: commitment, willingness to work as a team and with the children in the classroom. The main weaknesses encountered are: lack of confidence and command of the group. Finally, it is mentioned that there are sorne features that show consistency between the profile of students and the requirements of the the professional practice centers. On the other hand, certain shortcomings were identified thus preventing full consistency between the exit profile of the students with the requirements of the professional practice centers causing the students to not be able to achieve pedagogical excellence tasks. For this reason, induction workshops are proposed aimed at further meeting the requirements of the practice centers, through their agreements with institutions that implement different teaching methods, of which students are not fully informed.
