El presente proyecto de innovación educativa, tiene como finalidad potenciar el
aprendizaje de una escucha activa y expresión oral fluida en estudiantes de
segundo nivel de transición, a través de talleres que permitan desarrollar
estrategias metodológicas en conjunto con las educadoras, quienes involucran a
las familias como sujetos partícipes de la educación de los niños y niñas, buscando
promover en ellos confianza y seguridad en la expresión de preferencias y
opiniones, así también, en la escucha a sus pares.
Para detectar el problema, se consideraron los resultados obtenidos a través de una
evaluación estandarizada para los colegios, entregada por la Agencia de Calidad de
la Educación en Chile, desde ello, se generaron diversas actividades buscando
favorecer la expresión oral y la escucha activa en los estudiantes, contemplando a
sus familias como agentes importantes en sus avances pedagógicos, quienes en
conjunto con las educadoras, son referentes de un adecuado desarrollo de aquellas
habilidades.
Para la evaluación de lo planteado en el proyecto, se establecen variados
instrumentos que permiten recoger información relevante y verificar el logro de los
objetivos propuestos, entre los cuales se destacan: las autoevaluaciones por parte
de los niños y niñas, escalas de observación al trabajo realizado por los estudiantes
y encuestas recogidas desde el trabajo colaborativo entre familias, docentes y
especialistas.
The present educational innovation project aims to promote the learning of active listening and fluent oral expression in second level transition students, through workshops that allow the development of methodological strategies in conjunction with the educators, who involve families as subjects that participate in the education of boys and girls, seeking to promote in them confidence and security in the expression of preferences and opinions, as well as in listening to their peers. To detect the problem, the results obtained through a standardized evaluation for schools, delivered by the Agency for the Quality of Education in Chile, were considered, from which various activities were generated seeking to promote oral expression and active listening in students. students, considering their families as important agents in their pedagogical advances, who, together with the educators, are references of an adequate development of those skills. For the evaluation of what is proposed in the project, various instruments are established that allow collecting relevant information and verifying the achievement of the proposed objectives, among which the following stand out: self-evaluations by the children, observation scales of the work carried out by students and surveys collected from collaborative work between families, teachers and specialists.
