La contaminación acústica presente en las faenas industriales es un problema que afecta a las personas involucradas directa e indirectamente en dicho proceso. La exposición a altos niveles de presión sonora es un riesgo para la salud y está debidamente regulado por la legislación laboral y sanitaria.
La Física describe los fenómenos sonoros y el comportamiento acústico de recintos y materiales. Utilizando estos conocimientos es posible modificar los parámetros acústicos de una sala para controlar y evitar niveles excesivos de ruido. Las soluciones propuestas en esta memoria utilizan estos principios y buscan dar una solución óptima al problema.
Es importante que el ruido sea considerado como un elemento indeseable al proyectar y diseñar un recinto que albergará una faena productiva. Si esto se toma en cuenta y se construye con criterios acústicos, los resultados obtenidos en control de ruido serán beneficiosos, ya que evitará tener que realizar un acondicionamiento posterior.
Tanto las expresiones acústicas como los procedimientos constructivos mencionados son las herramientas necesarias para hacer frente a un problema de ruido y darle solución. La tecnología moderna entrega diversas herramientas para realizar análisis acústicos y diseñar tratamientos, no obstante, el costo de acceder a esta tecnología puede ser demasiado para pequeños y medianos industriales, por lo que este trabajo se convierte en una opción más alcanzable para este sector.
El sonido es un fenómeno natural descrito en su totalidad por la Física Acústica y es ahí donde están las claves para controlarlo.
The acoustic contamination present in industrial tasks is a problem that affects the people involved direct and indirectly with this process. The exposition to high-levels of sound pressure is a risk for the health and it's properly regulated by the sanitary and labor legislation. The science of physics has described the sonorous phenomena and the acoustic behavior of precincts and materials. Using this knowledge is possible to modify the acoustic parameters of a room to control and avoid excessive levels of noise. The proposed solutions in this memory use these principies and seek to give an optimum solution to the problem. lt is important that the noise be considered like an undesirable element in the project and design of a precinct that will harbor a productive task. lf this it is taken into account and built with acoustic criteria, the results obtained in control of noise will be beneficia!, avoiding to make out an subsequent treatment. The acoustic expressions and the constructive procedures mentioned are the necessary tools to tace a problem of noise and give it solution. The modern technology offers diverse tools to carry out an acoustic analysis and to design a noise treatment, nevertheless, the cost to agree to this technology can be too much for small and medium industrialists, for which this work becomes an option more reachable for this sector. The sound is a natural phenomenon described in its totality by the physical acoustics and is there where the keys to control it are.
