enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles diagnosticada.
personalizado.
The objetive of this study is to determine the effects of a recreational physical activity program using game console technology wich are prepared to performm physical activity depending on each patient with diagnosed Chronic non- communicable diseases. A clinical trial or intervention was developed in 25 people diagnosed with various chronic non – communicable diseases, who gathered the necessary inclusion courses and who voluntary agreed to participate in the study. Between them, an experimental group was selected: 13 subjects with different chronic non – communicable diseases to whom a recreational physical activity program was applied. The control group: 12 subjects with different chronic non – communicable diseases to whom no stimulus was applied. At the beginning of the study a medical record questionnaire was applied, which severed to know the clinical and sociodemographic charasteristics of the participants. For the analysis of the results the statistical program SPSS was used, where the data were checked and crossed in a strategic and comparative way. 52% of the subjects surveyed were women an 48% were men. The analysis and comparasion of the data showed that the experimental group reduced its risk levels, related to chronic non – communicable diseases, for example, the levels of HDL and LDL showed significant statistical differences between the experimental and control groups, as well as also blood pressure levels, respiratory capacity, depression, etc. The same goes for other variables. This suggests a positive effect of the recreational physical activity program implemented with technology where patients would develop more physical activity in an etertaining and personalized way.
