Resumen
En los tiempos actuales, modernizar las Ć”reas estratĆ©gicas, operativas y tecnolĆ³gicas, de
forma independiente o no, es una tendencia que estĆ” yendo al alza y que genera ventajas
competitivas dentro de estas organizaciones. Lo anterior permite habilitar mejoras
internas perceptibles, en tƩrminos de procesos, principalmente, pero no se obtendrƔn
resultados efectivos y apreciables si no existe una base sĆ³lida que logre respaldar las
propuestas de cambios. Es por eso que cada empresa necesita definir su arquitectura
empresarial para asegurar que existe un correcto alineamiento de las Ɣreas relevantes y
construir y sustentar una gestiĆ³n del cambio favorable en pos de adquirir efectivamente
las ventajas competitivas que se requieren para mejorar y sobresalir dentro del entorno
y mercado.
El presente documento es una propuesta diseƱo de la arquitectura empresarial de Acento
Servicios Integrales Limitada, una empresa que se dedica fundamentalmente al outsourcing
de personal para realizar promociones, reposiciones de productos y supervisiones
de procesos en distintas cadenas de retail en Chile. Particularmente, esta arquitectura
empresarial se enfoca en el proceso āSeguimiento y Controlā que tiene Acento, el cual
consiste en resolver incidencias que ocurren con los trabajadores a la hora de presentarse
a trabajar. AdemĆ”s, se logra abarcar la gestiĆ³n de informaciĆ³n de trabajadores,
que actualmente se realiza a travƩs de hojas de papel y planillas de cƔlculo, para mejorar
la eficiencia de algunas tareas y apoyar la toma de decisiones de los interesados
correspondientes.
Para realizar este diseƱo de arquitectura, se comienza definiendo el plan de negocios de
Acento a travƩs del estƔndar Business Motivation Model (BMM), y gracias a este plan,
se seleccionan dos objetivos de negocio para conformar, en conjunto con la cadena de
valor de Acento, la arquitectura de negocio en su estado futuro con una propuesta de
cambio sĆ³lida y real para lograr cumplir los objetivos mencionados. Es asĆ como se ve
involucrado un cambio positivo dentro del proceso de negocio āSeguimiento y Controlā
que le permite ser mĆ”s eficiente en su ejecuciĆ³n. Luego, se consideran los aspectos tecnolĆ³gicos
que sustentan esta propuesta de cambio a travƩs de las Arquitectura de Sistemas
de InformaciĆ³n y TĆ©cnica para evidenciar una base que realmente es capaz de soportar
los requerimientos operativos necesarios para lograr los objetivos trazados. Finalmente,
se presentan unas comparativas de la situaciĆ³n actual vs la situaciĆ³n futura en donde se
puede ver claramente que la propuesta realizada logra conseguir los cambios propuestos
y se reducen considerablemente los costos operativos de la empresa en relaciĆ³n a las
actividades abarcadas.
Currently, the modernization of strategic, operational and technological areas, independently or simultaneously, is a rising tendency and it allows to get competitive advantages within the organizations. All this enable appreciable intern improvements, in term of processes, mainly, but if a solid basis is not grounded that makes support those changes, effective and measurable results shall not be accomplished. Thatās why every enterprise needs to define its enterprise architecture to ensure the right alignment of relevant areas and build and sustain an auspicious change management in order to get competitive advantages, in fact, that are needed to improve and distinguish inside the environment and market. The present document is an approach of design of Acento Ltd.ās enterprise architecture, an enterprise that its mainly business line is the outsourcing of personnel to make promotions, replenishment of products and process supervisions among several retails chains in Chile. Particularly, this enterprise architecture focus on āMonitoring and Controlā core business process, which consists in resolving issues that may occur in workplaces at the start of work time. Plus, this architecture manages to cover the workers information management across the enterprise, which currently achieves through paper sheets and spreadsheets, to improve efficiency of some operational tasks and support decision-making instances of the relevant stakeholders. In order to achieve this architecture design, it begins by defining the business plan of Acento thanks to Business Motivation Model (BMM) standard , and because of it, two business objectives were selected to form, including the chain value of Acento, the Business Architecture in its future state with a solid and real change proposal to accomplish the mentioned objectives. This is how a positive change is involved in the core process āMonitoring and Controlā which allows it to be more efficient in its execution. Thus, some technical matters are considered to sustain this change proposal through the Information Systems Architecture and Technical Architecture to evidence a basis which, without a doubt, is capable to support operative requirements needed in order to achieve the stated goals. Finally, some comparisons of present state and future state of Acento Ltd. are presented, where clearly can be seen that the proposal made manages to get changes proposed and the enterprise operative costs are reduced in relation to activities approached.
