adultos responsables y/o terapeutas.
Sexual crimes in children and adolescents are a current problem in Chilean society, which is increasing year after year, affecting both the victim in their cognitive, sexual and socioemotional development at each evolutionary stage. It is important to point out that it also has emotional effects on the families behind the victims, especially their father, mother or caregivers. The objective of this research is to investigate the perceptions and/or sensations of therapists of children and adolescents who are victims of sexual abuse, contrasting the importance and/or resignification relationship in therapy with the criminal judicial process of the research subject. This study presents a qualitative approach, the research design was descriptive and crosssectional and an electronic questionnaire was used, through Google forms. The population consisted of 18 psychologists - therapists specialized in child and adolescent sexual abuse repair issues. Among the main results obtained from this study, it was found that the success of reparative therapy is not associated with the results of the criminal process. However, regarding the perception of the therapists surveyed, feelings of frustration and hopelessness are obtained regarding the criminal process, this is related to the fact that, in most cases, the investigation does not conclude with positive or expected results for both the victim , responsible adults and/or therapists
