dc.description.abstractEn la Primera carta a los Corintios, Clemente de Roma establece una correlación entre la cultura helenístico-romana y la revelación, a través de la cosmología estoica y el mito del Fénix. Tal cosmología sostiene que cada elemento de lo real es solidario con los restantes, lo que establece el fundamento para una lectura simbólica del mundo. El Fénix es presentado como un signo prodigioso de la resurrección; por ello, nuestro autor no se pregunta si la historia es cierta o no, sino que ofrece al lector aquellos elementos que pueden colaborar con la comprensión del dogma central de la resurrección.es
dc.description.abstractIn the First Letter to the Corinthians, Clement of Rome establishes a correlation between Hellenistic-Roman culture and revelation, through Stoic cosmology and the myth of the Phoenix. Such a cosmology maintains that each element of the real is in solidarity with the rest, which establishes the foundation for a symbolic reading of the world. The Phoenix is presented as a prodigious sign of the resurrection; For this reason, our author does not ask himself if the story is true or not, but he offers the reader those elements that can contribute to the understanding of the central dogma of the resurrection.
