Chile has a very large territory, of which 19% of the area is protected for conservation and preservation by the National System of Protected Areas (SNASPE), where, despite efforts to protect flora and grabbing wildlife has not been enough, and that wildlife covers the various biological corridors on their way out of the protected areas will ha ve no greater protection, therefore, much of the various species of wildlife are affected by human activity born as organizations and institutions that are centers to aid rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife often run over, traded, bunted, among others. Arise in order to have a physical location to house and rehabiJitate wild animals. Tbese centers are enclosures that do not hav~ enough financia! support because they are nonprofit, so the management model ecotourism can be an excellent alternative to achieve continuity in time and economic self-sustenance. lts methodology and development deals with a diagnosis of current situation to the infrastructure and operation of the Rescue and Rehabilitation Center Wildlife Municipal Musewn of Natural Science and Archaeology of San Antonio, presents and analyzes the current legal regulation of Chile, concerning protection of wildlife, based on the legal side of this center in order to optimize the management of environmental education, in addition, administrative records collection, proposmg a commercial management, through, a proposal for ecotourism activities. We conclude that the management model of ecotourism can not be developed at the Center for Rescue and Wildlife Rehabilitation and would disrupt the objectives of reintegration into the wild of the species recovery as business management, bases his infrastructure development to the Municipal Museum of San Antonio and the wildemess areas of the Province of San Antonio. It is emphasized that despite the existence of a regulation since 1996 regulations are still unfinished, poorly trained staff, and without financia! support from the institutions of the government that supervise trol the rescue centers and wildlife rehabilitation. Commercial management conducted through ecotourism activities and the sponsorship of wildlife rehabilitation is an excellent way of contributing to the economic self-support for the Rescue Center Wildlife Rehabilitation San Antonio. It also gives a series of recommendations for the proper development of ecotourism management model.
