Resumen
Esta memoria esta basada en una petición de investigación de la empresa SIKA-Producto de los beneficios a la industria de la construcción del hormigón autocompactante en obras de grandes masas en nuestro país, hacen preciso un estudio de los aspectos que son significativos al enfrentarse en obras de este tipo.
En esta memoria se ataca el factor del calor de hidratación en las mezclas de hormigón autocompactante, cuando se trata de esta partida, en hormigones masivos, producto de los diferenciales térmicos que se tienen en el núcleo y la superficie de un elemento.
Propiamente tal, no se muestran los datos de laboratorio, sino que se trabaja en base a lo teórico, y se fundamenta en que a mayor cantidad de cemento, mayor es el calor de hidratación, por lo que se resuelve este problema bajando la dosis de cemento y agregando un fino (filler) con la idea de suplir los huecos producidos.
Para elaborar esta tesis, desde el punto de vista de laboratorio, se elaboraron una serie de muestras basándose en una muestra patrón, esta da la pauta para la caracterización de los ensayes siguientes, estos se ensayan a compresión para ver la evolución de resistencias producto de las bajas en cemento, posteriormente se verá en porcentajes las diferencias de resistencia y economía entre la muestra con mayor calor de hidratación y la de menor.
Se analizan las variables antes descritas, en conjunto con una descripción completa de las gestiones que se realizan para hacer posible esta exposición.
This memory is request of investigation of the company SIKA. Product of the benefits to the industry of the construction of the concrete autocompactante in works of big masses in our country, they make precise a study of the aspects that are significant on having faced in works of this type. In this memory there stuffs itself the factor of the heat of hydration in the mixtures of concrete autocompactante, when there treats itself about this item, in massive concretes, product of the differential thermal ones that are had in the core(nucleus) and the surface of an element. Properly such, the laborator information does not appear, but one works on the basis of the theoretical thing, and it is based in that to major quantity of cement, major it is the heat of hydration, by what this problem is solved lowering the cement dose and adding a thin (filler) with the idea of replacing the produced hollows. To elaborate this thesis, from the laborator point of view, a series of samples were elaborated being based on a sample boss, this one will give the guideline for the characterization of the following tests (essays), these they will practise to compression to see the evolution of resistances product of the falls in cement, later side in percentages the differences of resistance and economy between the sample with major heat of hydration and that of minor. A study will be done analyzing the variables before described, as a whole with a complete description of the negotiations that will be realized to make possible this exhibition.
