The logistical sector in Chile is constantly increasing, mainly due to the dramatic statistical changes in the population, which are determinants of new business opportunities, in which the continuous immigration of Haitians, Colombians, Peruvians, Syrians, etc., is a product of the country's attractive image towards the world and the advantage it has in terms of labor, educational and economic treatment with respect to the aforementioned countries. This leads to new business strategies to optimize their functions, in which we highlight the "outsourcing" of supply processes inside and outside the industries, thus causing a need to optimize processes in this area. Therefore it is in the interest of producing competent software. The software guarantees the reduction of costs for idle hours and improves vehicle routing tasks, taking into account time windows and the load associated with each distribution vehicle. Observing the industry determines the scarcity of companies dedicated to delivering VRP solutions in Chile considering all the above mentioned edges, this represents a great investment opportunity. It is determined to limit the analysis around the metropolitan region, from which the number of companies belonging to the transport sector was studied, obtaining a demand until 2015, which would later be projected until 2027 using CAGR. Using the adoption curve, in order to limit the projection to a more realistic acceptance number, it is concluded that there would be a low number of companies willing to acquire the product during the first three years, however, growth is quite attractive in the following years. With respect to the software, a sale price is determined for the product with a margin of 50% extra on the current market value, market that does not deliver all the characteristics associated with the new product, taking it to 225 USD for annual licenses that involve limit per user (1 user per license). The business organization chart includes thirteen people to carry out all the tasks concerning the company during the first 10 years, belonging to the sales, human resources and operations areas respectively. After determining the financial performance during the stipulated periods, it is concluded that, due to the low demand at the beginning of the project, the first three years would not represent solid profits, therefore a return of capital is expected from the fourth year onwards, however, the possibility of financing the business with loans due to the existing high risk is ruled out, causing a return to the eighth year, even though the business remains unattractive and unprofitable.
