dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to explore the effectiveness of Montessori based techniques in nonMontessori EFL settings, focusing on classroom and time management. The intervention was conducted by the researchers, and it was planned to cover five to eight pedagogical hours. The researchers implemented eight techniques across various grades. Data collection methods included narrative journals in which both researchers described their experiences implementing the chosen strategies. The findings indicated that most strategies significantly enhanced classroom discipline and time management; however, their effectiveness varied based on factors such as students' ages, the teachers' implementation of the techniques, and the classroom environment. It was concluded that the level of success of the strategies also depended on the teachers’ flexibility when applying the techniques, and the students’ motivation. The researchers highlighted the need for continuous adjustments of the methodologies to ensure long-term positive impact.
