Resumen
El presente estudio define el problema que enmarca la investigación que tiene
como eje central el Liderazgo. Es en este contexto donde centramos el foco de
profundización y a su vez el hallazgo de la problematización, cuya atingencia
cobra importancia para indagar y proponer acciones de mejora.
La cual permite considerar una propuesta de intervención para mejorar
aspectos del Liderazgo efectivo del Director(a), que apunta directamente a
beneficiar el desarrollo profesional y por consecuencia, los aprendizajes de
todos los estudiantes.
El objetivo principal a indagar en esta investigación son las prácticas del
liderazgo efectivo presentes en el director, de acuerdo a la percepción de los
docentes de un establecimiento particular subvencionado de la comuna de
Hualpén.
La recogida de información se realizó a través de una encuesta tipo Likert, de la
cual se solicita a un grupo de docentes, emitir su juicio en relación a variadas
preguntas distribuidas en cuatro dimensiones.
En cuanto a las conclusiones, se considera reconocer aquellas fortalezas y/o
debilidades presentes en la práctica directiva.
The present study defines the problem that frames the research that has as central axis the Leadership. It is in this context that we focus the deepening focus and in turn the finding of problematization, whose attainment becomes important to investigate and propose improvement actions. This allows us to consider a proposal for intervention to improve aspects of the effective Leadership of the Director, which aims directly to benefit the professional development and, consequently, the learning of all students. The main objective to investigate in this investigation is the effective leadership practices present in the director, according to the perception of the teachers of a particular subsidized establishment of the commune of Hualpén. The collection of information was done through a Likert type survey, from which a group of teachers is asked to issue their judgment in relation to several questions distributed in four dimensions. Regarding the conclusions, it is considered to recognize those strengths and / or weaknesses present in the directive practice.
