Validación del Cuestionario de Alienación Parental (CAP-P) en una muestra de padres chilenos

| dc.description.abstract | Dentro del contexto de las separaciones y divorcios de quienes alguna vez fueron matrimonio, comienza a aparecer la hipótesis de la existencia de un síndrome particular, reflejado principalmente en los hijos. En 1985 uno de los primeros investigadores de estos comportamientos peculiares, fue el perito y psiquiatra, norteamericano, Richard Gardner, quien afirmó que se trataría de una alteración de carácter Psico-jurídica, denominándolo” Síndrome de Alienación Parental” y definiéndolo como "Un trastorno que surge principalmente en el contexto de las disputas por la por la custodia de los niños su primera manifestación es una campaña de difamación contra uno de los padres por parte del hijo, campaña que no tiene justificación. El fenómeno resulta de la combinación del sistemático adoctrinamiento (lavado de cerebro) de uno de los padres y de las propias contribuciones del niño dirigidas a la denigración del progenitor objetivo de esta campaña” El objetivo de esta investigación, fue determinar si la escala utilizada de cuestionario de alienación parental, versión para padres no custodios, (CAP-P) podría ser adecuada para el contexto chileno. Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación dan cuenta que el instrumento “CAP-P” presenta buenas propiedades psicométricas para el contexto chileno, Presentando un buen alfa de cronbach, arrojando una tasa de ,905 de un total de 14 ítems, Finalmente de la muestra seleccionada se obtuvieron los siguientes rangos de alienación parental de nivel alto, media y bajo, arrojando un 92,75% en grado bajo y 5,07 % en grado media, 2,17% en grado alto, por lo tanto en atención a los resultados obtenidos podemos deducir que no es un tema ampliamente generalizado, por lo tanto en virtud de los resultados podemos concluir que el tema respecto al SAP, da cabida a seguir siendo investigado y lo importante de esta investigación, es que el test funciona para el contexto chileno. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Within the context of separations and divorces of those who were once married, the hypothesis of the existence of a particular syndrome, mainly reflected in the children, began to appear. In 1985, one of the first researchers of these peculiar behaviors was the American expert and psychiatrist Richard Gardner, who affirmed that it was a psycho-legal disorder, calling it "Parental Alienation Syndrome" and defining it as "A disorder that arises mainly in the context of child custody disputes, its first manifestation is a campaign of defamation against one of the parents by the child, a campaign that has no justification. The phenomenon results from the combination of the systematic indoctrination (brainwashing) of one of the parents and the child's own contributions aimed at denigrating the target parent of this campaign" The objective of this research was to determine whether the parental alienation questionnaire scale used, version for non-custodial parents, (CAP-P) could be adequate for the Chilean context. The results obtained in this research show that the instrument "CAP-P" presents good psychometric properties for the Chilean context, presenting a good cronbach's alpha, yielding a rate of .905 out of a total of 14 items, Finally from the selected sample the following ranges of parental alienation of high, medium and low level were obtained, yielding a 92, 75% in low level and 5.07% in medium level, 2.17% in high level, therefore in attention to the results obtained we can deduce that it is not a widely generalized subject, therefore in virtue of the results we can conclude that the subject regarding the SAP, gives room to continue being investigated and the important thing of this research, is that the test works for the Chilean context. | |
