Introducción: Las Asociaciones son entidades que buscan aportar a la sociedad sin fines de lucro. Para la creación de las asociaciones en Chile existen algunos requisitos, entre los cuales se encuentra el poseer estatutos como algunos contenidos mínimos establecidos por la ley. Además otras asociaciones generan documentos sólo con el fin de potenciar su organización como lo son el organigrama y los códigos éticos. La asociación deportiva integrada y cultural colegios particulares fue fundada en el año 1978, ha evolucionado de una administración sin grandes estructuras a una con personalidad jurídica en busca de seguir creciendo como asociación. Objetivo: El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la gestión administrativa considerando los estatutos, código de ética y estructura organizacional de la asociación deportiva integrada de colegios particulares de concepción. Metodología: El tipo de enfoque es cualitativo, con un tipo de estudio bibliográfico con diseño documental. El estudio considera la documentación de ADICPA, en particular los documentos asociados a los estatutos; la estructura organizacional y el código de ética. Conclusiones: los estatutos de la Asociación, cumplen la mayoría de los aspectos requeridos por el gobierno de Chile, salvo la sub categoría de Órganos de ejecución y de control, sus atribuciones y el número de miembros. En relación con el organigrama, es considerado comprensible sin embargo debe clarificar el flujo comunicativo. En cuanto a los códigos de ética, existe una mixtura entre los artículos que hablan de valores éticos y otros que hablan de valores técnicos. Propuesta de mejora: En cuanto a los estatutos se propone especificar dirección de la asociación en caso de poseer una, establecer parámetros normativos de inclusión y exclusión de personas o entidades que quieren aportar monetariamente a la asociación, especificar información que debe registrarse en cada uno de los libros de socios, especificar en estatutos la existencia o no de remuneraciones por parte de la asociación a alguno de sus socios y en que condición esto podría realizarse y especificar el número de personas que conforman el consejo de coordinadores. En cuanto a estructura organizacional se propone agregar o subdividir algunos comités para integrar uno relacionado con auditoría interna, apartado de recursos humanos y personas, apartado de informática y apartado de productos y publicidad. En cuanto a códigos de ¿tica se propone sub dividirlos en valores éticos y valores técnicos.

For the creation of associations in Chile there are sorne requirements, among which is to have statutes as sorne minimum content established by law. In addition, other associations generate documents only in order to strengthen their organization such as the organization chart and the ethical codes. The association integrated sports and cultural private schools was founded in 1978, has evolved from an administration without large structures to one with legal personality in search of continuing to grow as an association. Objective: The objective of this research is to analyze the administrative management considering the statutes, code of ethics and organizational structure of the integrated sports association of private schools of conception. Methodology: The type of approach is qualitative, with a type of bibliographic study with documentary design. The study considers the ADICPA documentation, in particular the documents associated with the statutes; the organizational structure and the code of ethics. Conclusions: the statutes of the Association meet most of the aspects required by the Chilean government, except for the sub-category of Execution and Control Bodies, their attributions and the number of members. In relation to the organization chart, it is considered understandable, however, it must clarify the communicative flow. Regarding codes of ethics, there is a mixture between articles that speak of ethical values and others that speak of techriical values. Improvement proposal: As for the bylaws, it is proposed to specify the address of the association in case of having one, establish normative parameters of inclusion and exclusion of people or entities that want to contribute monetarily to the association, specify information that must be registered in each of the books of partners, specify in statutes the existence or not of remunerations by the association to any of its partners and in what condition this could be done and specify the number of people that make up the council of coordinators. In terms of organizational structure, it is proposed to add or subdivide sorne committees to integrate one related to internal audit, human resources and people section, computer science section and products and advertising section. As for codes of ethics, it is proposed sub divide them into ethical values and technical values.
