Los Ćŗltimos aƱos se han visto una serie de adelantos tecnolĆ³gicos, dentro de estas se
encuentran las Pizarras Interactivas Digitales (PDI), una de las mƔs difundidas en la comunidad
acadƩmica, que plantea la ventaja de potenciar una herramienta de tradicional uso en las aulas.
Sin embargo, esta TIC ha sido incorporada sĆ³lo a una limitada fracciĆ³n de los Colegios. Sin
embargo, debido a que su difusiĆ³n permitirĆa mejorar la transferencia de conocimientos, por lo
que se investigĆ³ en esta tesis una propuesta de integraciĆ³n docente para el uso de pizarras
digitales interactivas, para el Colegio Ministro Diego Portales de la Comuna de Pudahuel.
Los principales resultados obtenidos muestran en los alumnos un interƩs por
implementar esta TIC y expectativas de que facilite la transmisiĆ³n de contenidos, haga las clases
mĆ”s interesantes y cambie el tipo de relaciĆ³n con el profesor.
Aunque los profesores creen mayoritariamente que la PDI incentiva a los alumnos al
aprendizaje, ofrece nuevas posibilidades metodolĆ³gicas y optimiza el tiempo en clases, la
mayorĆa de las opiniones con respecto a su implementaciĆ³n en el colegio son adversas. Aunque
los docentes muestreados no tienen las competencias adecuadas para implementar la PDI en la
enseƱanza, se debe considerar su capacitaciĆ³n mediante una adecuada propuesta de integraciĆ³n.
Finalmente se incluye la propuesta mencionada, para la capacitaciĆ³n de los docentes de
manera de implementar la PDI en las aulas del Colegio Ministro Diego Portales, con los
beneficios que eso implica en los logros de la enseƱanza.
The past few years have seen a series of technological advances. One of these advances involves Interactive Whiteboards (IWB), which is one of the most widespread advances in the academic community. The advantage of the IWB is that it enhances the use of tools in the classroom. The ICT has only been incorporated in a limited number of schools however. The dissemination of this should permit better transfer of information. A proposal of the integration of teachers in the use of IWBs has been investigated in this thesis for the Ministro Diego Portales from the Pudahuel. The obtained results show that the students have shown interest in the implementation of IWBs as a learning aid. The expectations are; the fascilitation of transmission of information, to make classes more interesting, and to change the type of relationship between the student and teacher. Although teachers overwhelmingly believe that IWBs incentivize the education and learning of the student while offering new methodological possibilities and optimizing class time, the majority opinion is opposed to the implementation of IWBs. The teachers shown using these IWBs are not competent in the use of an IWB in the classroom and the training of these skill should be considered in the proposal for integration. The above mentioned proposal for the training of the teachers in the correct implementation of IWBs in classrooms is included. It also contains the benefits of IWBs and the educational achievements which are to be expected as a result of their implementation.
