| dc.description.abstract | Se realizó un estudio cuya finalidad fue identificar impactos que surgen a partir de la actividad turística que se lleva a cabo en la comunidad del Lago Vichuquén, se aplicó una metodología mixta donde se utilizaron matrices de información, encuestas cerradas y semiestructuradas, las matrices fueron utilizadas con la finalidad de ordenar, caracterizar como también filtrar información, por otro lado las encuestas cerradas fueron dirigidas a la muestra representativa de los habitantes de la comuna y por último las semiestructuradas hacia actores clave de la comunidad. Los resultados desarrollados evidencian que la actividad turística no tiene un impacto negativo significativo en el lago Vichuquén y que la comunidad tiene un buen nivel de conocimiento respecto a la actividad turística que se realiza, por otra parte, la acción de la municipalidad es un factor donde poner énfasis, ya que la misma comunidad tiene una noción de que los programas que llevan a cabo son deficientes en sentido de apoyo a los emprendedores locales. En síntesis, se concluye que los impactos de la actividad turística en esta área son en su mayoría positivos para la comunidad, de manera económica y social principalmente. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | A study was carried out whose purpose was to identify impacts that arise from the tourist activity that takes place in the Lake Vichuquén community, a mixed methodology was applied where information arrays, closed and semi-structured surveys were used. The arrays were used with the purpose of ordering, characterizing as well as filtering information, on the other hand the closed surveys were directed to the representative bit of inhabitants of the commune and finally the semi-structured ones to key actors of the community. The results developed show that tourist activity does not have a significant negative impact on Lake Vichuquén and that the community has a good level of knowledge regarding the tourist activity that is carried out, on the other hand, the action of the municipality is a factor where emphasis is needed, since the community itself has a notion that the programs they carry out are deficient on what supporting local entrepreneurs means. In summary, it is concluded that the impacts of tourist activity in this area are mostly positive for the community, mainly in economical and social matters. | |
