In oral rehabilitation, the free peripheral crowns in base of zirconium oxid ceramics a common procedure in order to restore function and esthetics. For this, the process of cementation used is fundamental. A comparative study, between 3 different cements was mode, in order to determine the tractional strenght they offer when being used in crowns elaborated whit CAD-CAM Dental lncise® (Ranishaw) system made in zirconium, over teeth preparations of resin cement. Thirty healthy human premolars were selected, they were cut horizontally leaving 2mm on cervical, and were reconstructed with fiber posts and Paracore cement Automix® (Coltene) using preformed matrices. The prepared teeth were scanner for the confection of zirconium oxide copings. Te preparations were randomly divided in 3 group of 1 O teeth each including they corresponding copings. The first group was cemented with glass ionomer Ketac Cem® (3M ESPE), the second group was cemented with dual-cured selft-adhesive cement Biscem® (Bisco) after using Z-Primer® primer. The third group was cemented with dualcured self-adhesive cement RelyX® U 100 (3M ESPE). Traction test were made in each of the groups, the average result in Megapascal (MPa) were 2,59 MPa for Ketac Cem®. 3,33 MPa for Biscem® and 4, 1 MPa for RelyX® U100. The results were statistically evaluated whit variance statistical analysis Anova and the significative comparison test Scheffe, showing significativa differences only between Ketac Cem® and ReliX® U100 (p<0,005)
