presentaron ingresados en el sistema proteccional; conformación familiar; etapa del desarrollo;
género y vulnerabilidad escolar, entre otras.
The present investigation establishes the approximation of a psychosociodemographic and judicial characterological profile of young people admitted to specialized programs for the exercise of sexual abusive practices in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Research carried out in the sociodemographic context of the Los Lagos region, seeks to outline and explore the psychosociodemographic and protective characteristics that children and adolescents admitted in a pandemic context presented between 2020 and 2022. The relevance of this research lies in low visibility of regional problems; low scientific exploration on this topic and its correlation with the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Likewise, the phenomenon of sexual abusive practices is conceived as a phenomenon with little current development, for which its results will contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics and therefore open to new research aimed at developing effective and appropriate interventions. Methodologically, a review of the digital and physical systems of the records is carried out with a subsequent multifactorial logistic regression analysis using the SPSS® 21.0 software. The main findings show statistical and character trends that are consistent with character trends associated with the number of years that young people were admitted to the protection system; family conformation; stage of development; gender and school vulnerability, among others.
