| dc.description.abstract | El cheerleading actualmente ha incrementado el nĆŗmero de organizaciones deportivas que lo representan, con lo cual se hace vital mejorar la gestiĆ³n interna de las mismas. Las organizaciones deportivas cumplen un rol fundamental en el desarrollo de los deportistas a nivel nacional, ya que son estas las que mediante su gestiĆ³n permiten la ejecuciĆ³n de distintos servicios deportivos. Es de suma importancia analizar, regular y mejorar la optimizaciĆ³n de los servicios deportivos que se imparten en el paĆs, ya que de esta forma se mejora la calidad del deporte nacional. El presente estudio estĆ” centrado en analizar la percepciĆ³n de 40 deportistas, en su rol de usuarios del club Xplotion Cheerleading, sobre la calidad de los servicios deportivos que se imparten en el club, mediante la versiĆ³n reducida del cuestionario de percepciĆ³n CECASDEP, el cual consta de 25 preguntas. El cuestionario estĆ” validado mediante el programa estadĆstico SPSS y consigna una fiabilidad del 92%. Los resultados del cuestionario se entregan al directorio del club, con el fin de mejorar la gestiĆ³n interna de la organizaciĆ³n. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, the number of sport organizations that represents cheerleading have increased, whereby an improvement to the internal management is crucial. The sport organizations fulfill an essential part in the development of the athletes at national level, since this organizations through its management allow the implementation of variety of sport services. Is the utmost importance analyze, adjust and improve the optimization of the sport services that are imparted in the country because in this way the quality of the national sport can be improved. This study is focused in analyze the perception of 40 athletes in their rol as users of the club Xplotion Cheerleading about the quality of sport services that are imparted in the club by a short version of the CECASDEP with 25 questions. This questionnaire is validated by the statistics software SPSS that confirms a reliability of 92%. The results of this questionnaire are delivered to the directorate of the club in order to improve the internal management of this organization. | |
