Catastro de atractivos naturales de la localidad de Laguna Verde : Comuna de Valparaíso : propuesta de guía de interpretación ecoturística para el visitante

Nuestro país, posee extensas zonas rurales, muchas de éstas se encuentran
subutilizadas o fuera de los circuitos tradicionales de turismo y sólo una parte de
ellas posee los medios para transformarse en un “destino ecoturístico” de alcance
regional o nacional. Este trabajo es sobre el diseño de un instrumento, que permite
aportar con hechos concretos a la localidad de Laguna Verde, que actualmente se
encuentra en proceso de potenciamiento urbano, como un destino ecoturístico a nivel
comunal. Este estudio podrá servir para concienciar a las autoridades locales,
generando una mayor información respecto a los recursos presentes en el lugar. El
objetivo general es el diseño de una Guía de Interpretación, en el marco del
ecoturismo, para el visitante al sector Laguna Verde, Comuna de Valparaíso”. Se
determinaron 2 objetivos específicos para alcanzar el objetivo General. Se realizó un
catastro, descripción y georreferenciación del territorio comprendido en la localidad,
agrupando atractivos naturales que permiten un desarrollo ecoturístico. Los
parámetros utilizados fueron: recursos bióticos, recursos paisajísticos, entre otros. Se
efectuaron 7 terrenos en diferentes estaciones del año y se trabajó en gabinete con
libros e instrumentos atinentes al turismo, biodiversidad y geografía. Con la
información obtenida se elaboró un esquema de la guía de interpretación, en donde se
abordan los atractivos naturales y sus características particulares. Además se
determinaron los criterios y comportamiento que debe tener el visitante al lugar. Se
observó y se determinó las recomendaciones sobre actividades ecoturísticas operables
de cada atractivo, para contribuir directamente con la experiencia de los visitantes del
área de estudio. La principal conclusión señala que Laguna Verde posee un potencial
desde el punto de vista de valores paisajísticos y de biodiversidad que permitirían
futuras actividades ecoturísticas. Éste potencial se complementa perfectamente con el
interés de las personas de la comunidad, la cercanía con otros núcleos turísticos
ubicados en el borde costero y el manifiesto interés de la autoridad comunal en
generar turismo o cualquier tipo de actividades que beneficie a la localidad de
Laguna Verde.
Our country has vast rural areas, many of these are underutilized or outside from the traditional tourist circuits and few of them are able to transform itself into an "ecotourism destination" of a regional or national extent. This work is about the design of an instrument, that allows to provide concrete facts to the town of Laguna Verde, which is currently in a process of urban empowerment as an ecotourism destination at the communal level. This study may serve to sensitize local authorities, making a bigger data as for the resources present at the area. The main goal is "To design an Interpretation Guide, in the context of ecotourism, for the traveler to visit Laguna Verde, Municipality of Valparaiso." Two specific targets were identified to achieve the main goal. It were realized a cadastre, description and a georeferenciacion of the territory within the locality, bringing together natural attractions that allow an ecotourism development. The parameters used were: biotic resources, scenic resources, among others. Seven work fields were realized in different seasons to the place and worked in cabinet with books and tools related to tourism, biodiversity and geography. With the information obtained was prepared an outline of the interpretation guide, where refers to the natural attractions, its particular characteristics. Also identifying the criteria and behavior that must have the visitor to the site. It was observed and identified recommendations for ecotourism activities operable from each attraction, to contribute directly to the experience of visitors to this area of study. The main conclusion indicates that Laguna Verde has a potential from the standpoint of landscape and biodiversity values that would allow future ecotourism activities. This potential is complemented perfectly with the interests of people of the community, the proximity to other tourist centers located in the coastal edge and the manifest interest of the community to generate tourism authority or any kind of activity that benefits the town of Laguna Verde
