The postiiral control is the body ability of keeping a correct alignment of the gravity center inside the sustentation base, determined by the visual somatosensory and the vestibular system. The factors that can modify the postural control we could find the neurologic, the somatosensory %id musculoskeletal injuries, for instance an ankle sprain, which is one of the most frequent pathologies in the sport and sedentary population; also, there has been confirm that two or more episodes of rinkle sprain in one year provokes Chronic Ankle Instability, which has been described as an alteration in the postural control caused by a deficit in the mechanic or fiinctional stability or even both. ín the case of treatment methods, revised studies have reportcd that the use of external technical assistance, as Taping aiid Aso Ankle Brace, give more stability and rediice the possibilities of suffcring another ankle sprain. This work's objective is to study the influence of the external technical assistance over the postural control in people who suffer from Chronic Ankle Instability, this is measured through postiirography and SEBT. This is work has ri quantitate and quasiexperimental point of vicw and its sample is constituted by 14 university students (6 women and 8 men) who were chosen by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants were evaluated using two instrumented tests and one self-report questionnaire; in both cases external technical assistance was used randomly. The results were analyzed by the Graph Pad InSatd software through the ANOVA test. It was concluded that the use of external technical assistance in stability situations does not have a major impact with respect to the control group. On the other hand, the use of Taping has a major impact in the postural control in dynamic tests in relation to control group
