Pertinencia del proyecto educativo institucional del liceo de municipal de Nacimiento, en relaciĆ³n con el sector productivo de la comuna

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal, evaluar la pertinencia del Proyecto Educativo Institucional del Liceo TĆ©cnico Profesional de Nacimiento, en relaciĆ³n, con las caracterĆsticas del sector productivo de la comuna, donde la actividad forestal celulosa y forestal papel, tienen un potencial de demanda de servicios en la ciudad y fuera de ella.
Para el investigador fue importante, considerar los antecedentes de la implementaciĆ³n de la EducaciĆ³n TĆ©cnico Profesional del Liceo de Nacimiento, el cual desde un principio fue de Modalidad CientĆfico Humanista y tras el Ć©xito del establecimiento (1988), se sumaron cursos electivos: Secretariado y Plan Laboral Forestal. Una prĆ³spera iniciativa fue el Taller Maderero, inicio de la Especialidad TĆ©cnico Maderero, que, sin duda, se convirtiĆ³ en una interesante alternativa de educaciĆ³n tĆ©cnico-profesional para los alumnos. Actualmente, el Liceo de Nacimiento es un establecimiento polivalente, con una matrĆcula de 1065 alumnos, que cursan la EnseƱanza HumanĆstico CientĆfica y las Especialidades; Electricidad, MecĆ”nica Industrial y Procesamiento de la Madera.
La metodologĆa utilizada, en el estudio, fue de tipo cuantitativa. La muestra estĆ” representada por el Liceo Municipal de Nacimiento. Respecto de los instrumentos de recolecciĆ³n de datos, se elaborĆ³ una RĆŗbrica Global de DesempeƱo, para realizar la revisiĆ³n documental del Proyecto Educativo, y la posterior aplicaciĆ³n del instrumento.
Los resultados obtenidos, dan cuenta que luego de la aplicaciĆ³n del instrumento, la gran mayorĆa de los indicadores presenta un nivel de desempeƱo considerado Deficiente o No observado, lo cual permite, en definitiva, seƱalar que el Proyecto Educativo Institucional no es pertinente respecto del sector productivo de la comuna de Nacimiento. Considerando el alto porcentaje de dimensiones en nivel de desempeƱo Deficiente y No Observado, se propone un Plan de Mejora para la actualizaciĆ³n y reformulaciĆ³n del Proyecto Educativo Institucional.
This investigation project has as main aim to evaluate the appropriateness of the Institutional Educational Project of Liceo TĆ©cnico Profesional de Nacimiento, in relation to the characteristics of the productive area of the district, where the forestall cellulose and forestall paper activities, have a potential demand of the services in and out the city. In order to investigate was important to consider the background of the implementation of the Career Technical Education from the Liceo de Nacimiento, which since the beginning had a modality Scientific-Humanistic and after the success of the establishment (1988) some electives courses were added to it like: Secretarial studies and Forestall Labor Plan. A thriving initiative was the Timber workshops, which began the specialty of Wood Technician that, without a doubt, became an interesting alternative of Career Technical Education to all the students. Nowadays, the Liceo de Nacimiento is a multipurpose establishment with 1083 students that are in the Scientific- Humanistic Education and the specialization: electricity, industrial mechanics and wood processing. The methodology used in this investigation was quantitative. The sample is represented by the Liceo Municipal de Nacimiento. Regarding to the instrument of data collection a Rubric of Global development was elaborated to do the documental revision of the Educational Project and the subsequent application of the instrument. The obtained results show that after the application of the instrument, the great majority of the de indications present a level of development considered unsatisfactory or not observed, which allows to point that the Institutional Educational Project is not appropriate regarding the productive area of the distinct of Nacimiento. Considering the high percentage of dimensions in deficient and not observed level of performance, an improvement plan for the actualization and reformulation of the Institutional Educational Project has been propose.
