| dc.description.abstract | En Chile el modelo de desarrollo económico experimentó cambios significativos en las últimas dos décadas. Las estrategias de productividad para responder a los objetivos competitivos en la industria de la construcción, se orientaron a la reducción de los costos de producción, a la flexibilización y a la adaptación de los sistemas productivos. En este contexto, los proyectos de subcontratación son los que exhiben un mayor desarrollo en los últimos años dentro de las opciones en mejora que buscan las empresas para optimizar la rentabilidad de su gestión. El objetivo de este trabajo de título se centra en analizar el proceso de subcontratación de especialidades en obras de edificación y tiene como fin contribuir a definir las variables que influyen en la decisión de implementar este sistema laboral. La investigación comienza por estudiar los antecedentes y conceptos sobre el tema. Luego se nombran y explican las principales variables que intervienen en la decisión de subcontratar especialidades. Posteriormente se describe de forma teórica el proceso, enfocándose en la asignación, control y recepción de las actividades subcontratadas. El esfuerzo investigativo apunta a conocer y rescatar la opinión de profesionales a cargo de la Dirección de obras de edificación, mediante una encuesta acerca del proceso de subcontratación. Las respuestas permiten obtener un panorama de la realidad, respecto de esta forma de relación laboral, en un sector de la industria de la construcción en Chile. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | In Chile the pattern of economic development experienced significant changes in the last two decades. The strategies of productivity to respond to the competitive objectives in the industry of the construction were guided to the reduction of the production costs, to the relaxation and the adaptation of the productive systems. In this context, the subcontracting projects are those that exhibit a bigger development in the last years inside the options in improvement that they look for the companies to optimize the profitability of their administration. The objective of the following title work is centered in analyzing the process of subcontratacting of specialties in construction works and it has as end to contribute to define the variables that influence in the decision of implementing this labor system. The investigation begins to study the antecedents and concepts on the topic. Then they are named and they explain the main variables that intervene in the decision of subcontracting specialties. Later on it is described in a theoretical way the process, being focused in the assignment, control and reception of the subcontracted activities. The investigative effort points to know and to rescue the opinion of professionals in charge of the address of construction works, by means of a survey about the subcontratacting process. The answers allow obtaining a panorama of the reality, regarding this form of labor relationship, in a sector of the industry of the construction in Chile. | en |
