Resumen
El proceso de certificación de Normas ISO, genera ventajas competitivas en aquellas organizaciones que las adoptan, también la certificación abre las puertas a negocios internacionales, por lo que es importante que la alta dirección de la organización demuestre compromiso al momento de implementar una norma para su posterior certificación.
La entrega de servicios de TI y el desarrollo de los productos de software en Pequeñas Entidades se ha transformado en uno de los factores críticos de éxito en la satisfacción de necesidades de los clientes, por lo que tener certificaciones en Normas ISO garantiza clientes satisfechos, ya que aquellas son internacionalmente aceptadas, dado que aportan a la eficacia y eficiencia en las organizaciones.
Para contribuir con lo señalado, se propone un método que permitirá que los servicios y el desarrollo de productos de software cumplan los requisitos acordes a las Normas ISO 20000 e ISO 29110, en donde se debe establecer el compromiso de la alta dirección de una Pequeña Entidad para la aplicación de dichas normas.
Se busca mejorar el desempeño del desarrollo de los productos de software y de entrega de servicios, así mismo, visualizar si los productos de software y servicios son rentables para la Pequeña Entidad.
