dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación busca conocer el actual funcionamiento del sistema de certificación del Sello de Sustentabilidad turística en Chile otorgado por el Servicio Nacional de Turismo (SERNATUR), a través de la opinión y percepción de funcionarios de la misma institución y prestadores de servicios turísticos que cuentan con la distinción en la actualidad, con un metodología de investigación mixta, para que a partir de dicha información, se puedan plantear recomendaciones desde una mirada ligada al perfil de egreso de la carrera de Administración en Ecoturismo orientadas a la búsqueda de una evolución positiva del Sello S, que es una herramienta implementada para ayudar en el crecimiento del desarrollo sustentable en la industria turística de Chile.es
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation seeks to know the current performance of the certification system of the Tourism Sustainability distinction in Chile granted by the National Tourism Service (SERNATUR), through the opinion and perception of workers of the same institution and providers of tourism services that currently have the distinction. This investigation is done with mixed methodology and with said information, recommendations can be made from a perspective linked to the graduate profile of the Ecotourism Administration major, aimed at the search for a positive evolution of the sustainable certification, which is a tool implemented to help in the growth of sustainable development in the Chilean tourism industry.
