En la presente investigaciĆ³n sobre las competencias directivas de las escuelas de lenguaje de la Provincia de Arauco, se da a conocer la realidad actual de la gestiĆ³n directiva de los establecimientos existentes en la provincia, a partir de lo que seƱala el Marco de la Buena DirecciĆ³n, documento emitido por el Ministerio de EducaciĆ³n de nuestro paĆs. El estudio se realiza a travĆ©s de la aplicaciĆ³n de un ācuestionario de desempeƱos profesionales de directivos y profesoresā en pro de una educaciĆ³n creativa, aplicado a profesores de aula y directivos de dichas escuelas. Participan en total una decena de directivas y treinta siete docentes, quienes opinan respecto de cĆ³mo los directivos fomentan creativamente la gestiĆ³n en sus propios establecimientos educacionales. Los principales resultados permiten concluir que tanto los directivos como los propios profesores, sĆ bien tienen los recursos materiales y humanos para desarrollar acciones de tipo creativo tanto a nivel de establecimiento como en las respectivas aulas escolares, no concretan en acciones especĆficas que den la posibilidad de potenciar estos desarrollos. AĆŗn mĆ”s, al momento de observar los perfiles de los directivos y docentes, el tema de la creatividad estĆ” un tanto ausente.
In the present research on the management skills of language schools in the province of Arauco, disclosed the reality of the executive management of existing facilities in the province, from the pointing Marco de la Buena DirecciĆ³n document issued by the Ministry of Education of Chile. The study was conducted through a questionnaire of professional performance of principals and teachers towards creative education, applied to classroom teachers in these schools and direct. Participate in all ten directives thirty seven teachers, reviewers regarding how managers encourage creative management in their own educational institutions. The main results show that both managers and teachers themselves, yes either have the material and human resources to develop creative type actions both at establishment and in the respective classrooms, not defined in specific actions that give the possibility of enhance these developments. Furthermore, when observed profiles of executives teachers, the subject of creativity is somewhat absent.
