La presente investigación pretende conocer desde la perspectiva del enfermero guía de
internado clínico, la percepción que tienen acerca de las competencias clínicas que posee un
interno de Enfermería de la Universidad Arturo Prat y a partir de este diagnóstico confeccionar
un instrumento de evaluación acorde al rediseño curricular que se somete la Carrera de
Enfermería en el año 2014.
Para el logro de los objetivos, la investigación se enmarcó en el paradigma sociocrítico,
investigación-acción, utilizando la entrevista como método de recolección de datos. A través de
su análisis se confeccionó una rúbrica para evaluación de Internado Intrahospitalario.
El estudio se desarrolló en el Hospital Regional Dr. Ernesto Torres Galdames de Iquique, con
enfermeros clínicos supervisores de internados de los diferentes Centros de Responsabilidad
(CR).
El instrumento se sometió a un proceso de validación por cuatro expertos del área de la
educación superior. De sus observaciones y sugerencias, se realizan modificaciones al producto
final, con el objetivo de implementar este instrumento de evaluación para la primera generación
de estudiantes del Plan de Formación Curricular 2014, que cursen su Internado el próximo año
2018, lo cual abre la posibilidad, a partir de su uso, medir resultados en estudios posteriores.
The present investigation intends to know from the perspective of the hospital nurse guide of interhospital inmates, the perception that they have about the clinical competences that has an internal of Nursing of the Arturo Prat University and from this diagnosis to make an evaluation instrument according to the curricular redesign who underwent the Nursing Career in 2014. To achieve the objectives, the research was framed in the socio-critical paradigm, researchaction, using the interview as a method of data collection. Through its analysis, a rubric for the evaluation of Inpatient Intern was drawn up. The study was carried out at the Dr. Ernesto Torres Galdames Regional Hospital in Iquique, with clinical nurses supervising the internships of the different Centers for Clinical Responsibilities (CR). The instrument was submitted to a validation process by four experts in the area of higher education. From their observations and suggestions, modifications are made to the final product, and with it, to be able to implement this evaluation instrument for the first generation of students of the 2014 Curricular Training Plan, who take their internship next year 2018, which opens the possibility to from its use, to measure results in subsequent studies.
