Requirements prioritization is an important issue that determines how requirements are selected and processed in software projects. There are specific methods to classify and prioritize requirements, most of them based on quantitative measures, that although they use or incorporate the dependencies between requirements, they do not consider qualitative aspects, therefore, in this paper, we propose MCPR-AD (Qualitative Method to Prioritize Requirements based on Prioritization Aspects and Dependencies between requirements), a method that presents the prioritization of requirements by considering the dependencies between requirements and the qualitative elements that are related to the priorities of the project. MCPR-AD is formally presented, defining the theory used to carry out the techniques used during the development of prioritization, either by dependencies or aspects. Then the experimentation is carried out, where several information factors are obtained, which allow us to analyze the times and queries related to the internal process of the method. The experimentation has allowed us to obtain satisfactory results, that is to say, the method performs as proposed. Finally, to validate our proposal, a Focus Group interview is developed, which has the purpose of rescuing relevant information of the proposed method, both benefits and drawbacks that arise during the prioritization process and, above all, with respect to the proposed method, obtaining satisfactory results that allow us to identify future improvements of the proposed method. Similarly, a questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the usability of the MCPR-AD method, obtaining positive results. The users' experiences indicate positive and acceptable evaluations in terms of the dimensions Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning and Satisfaction.
