Las normas de convivencia son fundamentales para el desarrollo de un ambiente
basado en el respeto y la armonía. Al detectar conductas perjudiciales, se aborda
el juego de rol como reforzamiento a las normas de convivencia en grupo.
Este planteamiento se lleva a cabo en base a teorías tanto del juego de rol como
de las normas de convivencia, dado que el primero mencionado beneficia el
trabajo y reforzamiento de conducta en los pre escolares; mientras que el
segundo que se menciona, es de tipo valórico el cual permite y facilita una sana
convivencia, en donde prime el respeto y la amistad; valores fundamentales en
cualquier ambiente social.
El estudio empírico de la investigación tiene como enfoque el paradigma postpositivista,
con un diseño pre-experimental basado en los métodos cuantitativos y
cualitativos.Los datos se adquirieron a través de la aplicación de una escala de
apreciación en el nivel Kinder C del Colegio San Luis Beltrán de la Comuna de
Pudahuel, donde se midió el comportamiento de los párvulos tanto en una
evaluación diagnóstica como una evaluación posterior al juego de rol
realizado. Para esto, se realiza una propuesta de actividades para ser aplicadas
en el aula.De acuerdo a los análisis de datos obtenidos, se aprueba que el juego de rol es
beneficioso para reforzar las normas de convivencia en grupo, dado que se
presenció un alto grado de avance en dichas normas de convivencia.
The standards of behavior are fundamental in the development of an environment based on harmony and respect. On detection of prejudicial behavior, the roleplaying game is adopted as reinforcement of the standards of behavior within the group. Such an approach is carried out based no only on role-playing theories but also on theories (related to) the standards of behavior since the former benefit the work and behavior reinforcement on preschoolers while the later had to do with values that facilitate a healthy coexistence where friendship and respect are uppermost values in any social setting. The empirical aspect of the research uses as focus the post-positivist paradigm with a previous experimental design based on quantitative as well as qualitative methods. The data was obtained through the application of an assessment scale at the level of Kinder C of the "San Luis Beltrán" school in the neighborhood of Pudahuel where the behavior of toddlers was analised as a diagnostic assessment on the one hand, and as a post role-playing assessment on the other. For this objective, a plan of activities is put forth to be applied in the classroom. Based on the study of the data obtained, it is agreed that role-playing games are beneficial to reinforce the group's standards of behavior, as a high degree of progress could be seen in those standards.
