Abstract
El objetivo de esta memoria es dar a conocer la metodologÃa a seguir en la construcción
de subterráneos en zonas de alta densidad. Primeramente se dará una introducción y
un análisis de la problemática que se puede presentar en el desarrollo de este tipo de
proyectos, tanto en la etapa previa a la ejecución como en la construcción misma de la
obra. Lo que puede involucrar aspectos como el espacio que se dispone, el tipo de
suelo en el que se fundará, obras colindantes, envergadura de la obra, entre otros.
A continuación se desarrolla en forma global la metodologÃa a seguir en la construcción
de pilas de socalzado, explicando de forma resumida todos los aspectos que se
involucren en este tipo de obras.
Posteriormente se explican las caracterÃsticas, los contenidos, los aspectos claves en el
desarrollo de un estudio de impacto ambiental para poder ejecutar la construcción de
algún tipo de edificación con subterráneos en zonas de alta densidad.
Después se determinan las posibles consecuencias viales producto de la construcción
de la obra proyectada, evaluando los parámetros para la situación actual y la proyección
para la situación con proyecto.
Se estimó también necesario dar a conocer todas las distintas normativas vigentes para
poder llevar a cabo la construcción de subterráneos en zonas de alta densidad.
Principalmente se hace hincapié en todo lo relativo a señalizaciones, seguridad y
medidas para no dificultar el transito vehicular y peatonal.
Por último se hace mención a la prevención de riesgos en excavaciones de gran
envergadura, entregando los antecedentes previos que se debe considerar antes de
realizar la faena de excavaciones, los accidentes de mayor frecuencia y las causas de
dichos accidentes.
The project's objective is to establish the methodology in the construction of subterranean areas in high density locations. Primarily, I will be given an introduction and an analysis of the problems that may arise in the development of such constructions, in the stages previous to any construction, as well as the process of construction itself. This process may involve aspects such as the space that is available, the type of ground in which it will be established, contiguous works, repercussions of the construction, among others. Subsequently, I will develop a global view of the methodology that will take place in the construction of underset pillars, thus explaining in an abbreviated fashion all the points involved in this type of construction. Also, there will be included specific technicalities for the design and positioning of tensile casting anchors. Antecedents involving the design, process, fabrication, transport, manipulation, and installations of tensile casting anchors. Immediately, I will explain the characteristics, contents, and key aspects for the development of a study of the environmental impact, such as to execute the construction of subterranean areas in high density locations. Followed by the previous thing, I will determine the possible and viable consequences of the construction. Evaluating the parameters for the current situation as well as the projection of said project. I considered necessary to bring to light the norms in force to launch the construction of subterranean areas in high density locations. The emphasis will be on implementing the proper signaling, safety requirements, and respecting all regulations as to not interfere with the proper flow of traffic, both automotive as well as pedestrian. Finally, I will mention risk management for large scale excavations. Also in this chapter, will be included all the data needed prior to undergo such an excavation, as well as the most common accidents that occur and why the take place.
