For a transformative political practice and therefore critical of occupational therapy, we consider a feminist perspective based not only on theoretical analysis but also on the practice of discipline. The following document presents the research work carried out during the year 2015 with two women consultants from the Peñalolén Therapeutic Community with the objective of Analyzing how women are configured for two women with serious mental health problems, through their Occupational histories. During this period we met with each woman in five opportunities conducting in-depth interviews that allowed us to investigate their occupational histories. The methodology used is qualitative by means of the critical discourse analysis, which allows the identification of analysis axes of which research topics focus on the information collected and the subsequent analysis, oriented to the concepts of being a woman, access To rights, significant contexts, to live with serious problems of mental health and occupational histories, nevertheless during the process arise emergent topics that are approached in the conclusions. These final discussions show an implicit relationship between being a woman and living with serious mental health problems, although to the analysis both women do not relate these concepts, when reporting situations of violation violence is evident when each topic is presented separately, however, Joining the idea of being a woman and "crazy" this violation is strengthened and made explicit in their occupational histories.
