Resumen
La presente tesis consiste en diseñar un Sistema de Gamificación de puntos de operación en Cemento Melón S.A, además de estandarizar los tiempos de transporte de los camiones en los procesos de carga y descarga de materias primas.
Se entiende por gamificación a la técnica de aprendizaje que traslada la mecánica de los juegos al ámbito educativo-profesional con el fin de conseguir mejores resultados.
El objetivo central es diseñar una metodología que permita gamificar los diferentes sitios que posee la empresa, clasificar los tiempos de carga y descarga de la flota de distribución de Cemento Melón S.A.
Para lograr lo anteriormente descrito, se recopiló información a nivel primario como secundario, es importante señalar que los datos primarios fueron otorgados por parte de la empresa, para lo cual se llevaron a cabo diversas reuniones con el Jefe de Logística y el tutor a cargo.
La metodología utilizada en este proyecto es el Sistema Westinghouse, es uno de los sistemas de calificación más antiguos y utilizados del mundo, que consiste en diversos pasos que se aplicarán en este proyecto, donde finalmente se implementará un sistema de puntuación final, la cual se evaluará en forma trimestral. Se premiará al final del trimestre al mejor sitio con una cena para sus trabajadores, con el objetivo de aumentar las relaciones interpersonales y fortaleciendo el trabajo en equipo.
Para implementar correctamente el sistema de gamificación existen múltiples variables que influyen en el proceso (motivación, compensación personal e incentivos), las que fueron detalladas en la presente tesis.
This thesis consists in designing a Gamification Model of operation points in the transportation area of the company Cemento Melón S.A, as well as standardizing the transport times of trucks in the processes of loading and unloading raw materials. Gamification is defined as a learning technique that transfers the mechanics of a game onto a learning/working environment. The central objective is to design a methodology that allows the company to apply gamification in their different loading and unloading sites and sort out loading and unloading times of the distribution fleet. To achieve the above, information was collected on a primary and secondary level. It is important to note that the company provided the primary data, after several meetings with the chief of logistics and the investigation field supervisor. The methodology used in this project was the Westinghouse System, which is one of the oldest and most used scoring systems in the world. It consists on different steps applied on this project that will allow us to create a final scoring system. This system will evaluate the company’s sites on a three-month basis and will reward the best site according to the system’s design with a dinner for its workers. This will improve work relationships and teamwork. To implement the gamification model correctly there are many variables taken under consideration, such as motivation, personal compensation and incentives, all of which were described in this thesis.
