La presente investigación tiene por objetivo describir la percepción de las familias
usuarias respecto a las estrategias utilizadas por la directora y educadora de
párvulos para promover la participación familiar en un jardín infantil de la Comuna
de Chiguayante. Para esto se trabajó bajo la técnica del Focus Group con una
muestra de 12 padres, madres y apoderados del nivel medio de un jardín infantil
de la JUNJI instancia que nos permitió recopilar la información necesaria para
dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación aplicada.
Luego del análisis hermenéutico, se establece que las familias reconocen como
facilitador el trabajo que realiza la educadora de párvulos y en conjunto los
espacios que se ofrecen para la participación familiar en las diferentes instancias
pedagógicas o acercamiento al jardín infantil. Se establece como obstaculizador
en esta investigación el tiempo que tienen las familias producto de sus
responsabilidades laborales y en su conjunto la gestión administrativa que
realiza la directora del jardín infantil. Además, en la presente investigación se
revelan que el tipo y nivel de participación de las familias usuarias es de nivel
informativo.
El presente trabajo de investigación se fundamenta desde las diferentes
investigaciones teóricas la importancia que releva la participación familiar como
primer agente de educación en los niños y niñas, considerando además que las
instancias de acercamiento y participación al jardín infantil por parte de las
diferentes profesionales del jardín infantil promueven el sentido de pertenencia
de las familias generando lazos de confianza y apoyo como agentes de la
Educación Inicial.
The objective of this research is to describe the perception of the families of the users regarding the strategies used by the kindergarten director and educator to promote family participation in a kindergarten in the Chiguayante Commune. For this, work was done under the Focus Group technique with a sample of 12 parents, mothers and parents of the JUNJI kindergarten middle level, which allowed us to gather the necessary information to answer the applied research question. After the hermeneutic analysis, it is established that families recognize as facilitator the work carried out by the nursery teacher and together the spaces that are offered for family participation in the different pedagogical instances or approach to the kindergarten. lt is established as an obstacle in this investigation the time that families have as a result of their work responsibilities and as a whole the management carried out by the kindergarten director. In addition, in the present investigation it is revealed that the type and level of participation of the user families of informative level. The present research work bases from the different theoretical investigations the importance that the family participation as the first agent of education in the children, besides considering that the instances of approach and participation to the kindergarten on the part of the different professionals of the kindergarten promote the sense of belonging of families generating bonds of trust and support as agents of lnitial Education.
