Resumen
Esta investigación es el resultado de mi preocupación por los estudiantes de
enfermería cuando ellos se desempeñan en los campos clínicos. De esta
forma, la trayectoria de este estudio se orientó para la comprensión de la
experiencia de la enfermera/o clínica/o cuando ella/o está-con estudiantes de
enfermería que desarrollan su experiencia clínica. Por lo tanto, opté por la
investigación cualitativa con enfoque fenomenológico utilizando el método
propuesto por Josgrilberg (2000). De los discursos de las enfermeras
emergieron las siguientes unificaciones ontológicas, que fueran analizadas y
interpretadas según el referencial filosófico de Martín Heidegger: el ser-ahí
en la relación con los estudiantes; el sentimiento de ser modelo para
los estudiantes; la posibilidad de estar-con estudiantes de
universidades tradicionales y privadas; siendo enfermero-conestudiantes
en el proceso de formación. La construcción de los resultados
de este estudio me permitió develar algunas facetas de la conciencia y del
cuidado que tiene la enfermera clínica en la formación de los estudiantes,
además de la importancia de la relación del docente con este profesional en
este proceso.
This investigation is the result of my concern with the nursing students when they act at the clinical fields. In this way, the course of this study was directed towards the comprehension of the nurse's experience when she is-with the nursing students at the clinical field. Therefore, 1 chose to apply qualitative investigation with a phenomenological focus using the method proposed by Josgrilberg (2000). From the nurse's speeches the following ontological unifications emerged, which were analyzed and interpreted according to the philosophical referential of Martin Heidegger: the being there in the relation with the students; the feeling of being a model for the students; the possibility of being-with the students of state and private universities; being nurse-with-students in the formation process. The construction of the results of this study allowed me to foresee the conscience and the care that clinical nursing has in the student's formation, besides the importance of the relation of the teacher with this professional during this process.
